Sara Northcutt, DDS, Franklin, TN dentist office, best family and cosmetic dentists, Zoom in-office teeth whitening and whitening trays.

I am pleased to share some exciting additions to our west Franklin, Tennessee offices.

We have added a new dentist, Dr. Maggie Spears, this past November, and we will be adding implant dentistry as part of the services we offer.

In addition to Dr. Maggie Spears, I previously hand-selected Dr. Rachel Oates and Dr. Sarah Humphreys to lead our general dentistry services because they hold my same values and standards.  I have the utmost confidence that they will provide the same level of service that I have always strived to achieve.  After completing advanced training in implant dentistry, I will be adding that much needed service to our patients who are missing one or more natural teeth. The technology is in place to scan the facial structures, place an implant to replace a missing root, and then fabricate a crown for chewing function, all without leaving our office.   My husband, Dee, and I will continue to be highly involved at both west Franklin, TN dental locations.   I will be treating patients at both practices concentrating on implants but still able to perform general dentistry on an as needed basis and will be available for consultations.

Many of you have already had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Maggie Spears while in our Westhaven or Reid Hill dental office.  For those that have not, Dr. Maggie came highly recommended by the Alabama Family Dentistry practices in the Birmingham area.  Dr. Maggie graduated in the top of her class from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.  Prior to dental school, she graduated Magna Cum Laude earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Samford University.  Dr. Maggie enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic work, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and partial and full dentures.  Her comprehensive approach to dentistry allows her to treat the whole patient and not just the patient’s mouth.

Dr. Rachel Oates, back from maternity leave, leads our team at the Reid Hill location.  She attended the University of Georgia where she received her undergraduate degree in biology.  She then went to Indiana University School of Dentistry where she graduated as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.  Dr. Oates is dedicated to providing the very best dental care to her patients and regularly attends continuing education courses on the newest advancements in CAD/CAM same day crowns, implant dentistry, and cosmetics.  She and her husband, Josh, just welcomed their first child, Olivia, and are active members of St. Philips Church.

Dr. Sarah Humphreys leads the team at our Westhaven Dentistry office.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Samford University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Biology.  Dr. Humphreys then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.  She loves working on comprehensive treatment planning and viewing the patient as whole rather than just addressing isolated problems.  Her primary focus in continuing education has been in cosmetic dentistry; including veneers and crowns, and complex implant cases.  Dr. Humphreys and her husband, Dustin, live in Franklin, Tennessee with their daughter, Hannah Cate.  Dustin currently teaches and coaches for Battle Ground Academy.

Thank you for your time and we all look forward to seeing each of you soon,  Sara Northcutt, DDS
